I purchased a Business Administration course through Groupon for this college. My Groupon expired due to a lengthy family illness. I called and asked them if they would still honor the Groupon and they said they would, but then they only gave me two months to complete all the courses! In the original deal, it stated that you had a year to complete it, so if they were willing to honor my coupon, why wouldn't they be willing to give me the same amount of time originally offered to complete it? When I tried to resolve this issue, they were very rude, and I kept getting different answers to my problem when I called or emailed different people. All I wanted was enough time to finish the courses. If they weren't going to honor all the guidelines originally offered, then they just should have told me that they couldn't do anything once it had expired. They gave me two months to complete a course load that would normally take a year, and it's just not enough time. Can anyone help me?
