I had a very horrific and third class experience from GlobalSources.com. I believe they dont verify their suppliers and hardly lend a ear to the complaints of customers you are constantly getting cheated by their fake online suppliers. The customer support by email or chat is pathetic and always in favor of suppliers. It looks like mix up cheating business between the Global Sources and its suppliers.

Yes they just ask the supplier to buy the status of a verified supplier or good rating, all there guarantees and safety measures can be bought
