Is there something that can be done I bought glowbowl about 5-6 months ago and the batteries died and so I replaced them and it still doesn't work

Email the company and tell them. They sent me a replacement. When that one quit I emailed them and soon got 2 free ones in the mail. A few days after that I received 2 more free ones. I heard there is a problem with a faulty part. China? I love my glo bowl when it works!
