Diane, If you are talking about the Empier game, you change you password under the options tab, not through email. Looks like someone grabbed your information.
I hope you are aware that this site is NOT goodgame and they will never see your post here. Best to sign up on goodgame, get into their forums, and/or send letters to support. That's the only way the right people will ever see your concern. (And ignore it as they have been for everyone elses identical concerns.)
