How accurate is the sizing? do the corsets tend to run small or large? i'm trying to figure out what size i need to order. thanks.

We placed an order on 8/31/15 and still have not seen the pending in paypal change. we have emailed trying to get confirmation of shipping as the items ordered are needed for faire on 9/12-13. why is it so hard to get answers from customer service?

Answer:

For all issues the customer service number is a recording that directs you to their websites FAQ and email address and doesn't give you the option for a live operator. This is likely due to the overwhelming number ofcomplaints for poor quality merchandise and failing to meet their orders deadlines. If you read their return policy you will see they are aware they are selling garbage and expect you to be dissatisfied. Therefore they make every effort to discourage you from being able to reach them.

This question is made 6/1/15... i would like to know if goodgoth.com is still in business or is it not? because i tried ordering an item today and put in all my information on their checkout page but each time i completed the whole process it kept telling me to "please choose a shipping option". well i did with the paypal standard but every time i clicked to that the credit card info unclicked itself... and same happened each time i attempted this process. so the whole order transaction didn't go through. seriously are they still in business or are they out of business?

Has the shipping time changed? the site still says items ship between 2-9 days, but the last few times i've ordered, it's closer to or over three week

Most orders are shipped within 2-9 days, but some orders may take up to 30 days to ship.

I ordered a renfield coat for my granddaughter and paid for express shipping. it was about ten days ago and it has yet to arrive. my name is james martin. can you help relieve my fear that i've been ripped off?

Answer:

You placed an order for a Renfield coat on December 15, six days ago, that was listed as "PLEASE ALLOW 1-2 WEEKS FOR DELIVERY", and chose "Basic shipping",. So this order would not be delivered by Christmas. We do not bill an order until the day the order is shipped, your order would not be shipped until after Christmas, would you like to cancel this order?

I want to get the hair or accessory bag but only one are they worth it? what do i get in it?

I got the accessory bag recently. Two pairs of earrings, two bracelets, two necklaces and one choker. I love about half the stuff. I feel like it was a great value.
