I am trying to find out the statusof an order and cannot get an answwer. The email comes back as unknown and the phone number is only a machine
I ordered two items of clothing on July 2nd, the shipping date was said to be July 7th. It is currently July 15 and it has still not arrived.
We are also waiting on over $4K in payment from GroopDealz. We are halting all deals and will also be looking at legal recourses.
I ordered on GroopDealz and noticing the company was Eleventh Avenue...They sent me the wrong thing. I ordered 2 led Light Swords for my Grand Children for Christmas and got a white shirt. How do I get in contact with them. After reading reviews this company has problems...
Anyone have any pointers on actually getting paid with GroopDealz? I made the mistake of agreeing to host their "Groop Deal" at the beginning of last month and now can't for the life of me get in touch with their accounting department at all (I know, shocking.) Who did you finally speak with that got a payment taken care of?
I ordered something from this site on June 15th. It said it would be shipped June 26th its now July 2nd and still have not received it? Can someone help me with this?
Does anyone know if this site is good to do business with. I have read some recent reports of fraud and lawsuits can anyone help?
