That timing is absolutely correct, assuming the Winner Confirmation form has been completed. I see that our support team told you on January 11th that you had not yet filled out that form in order for our review to be finalized. The timeline noted above applies as soon as you complete that.

Our final review can take as little as 1 day but never longer than 7 days. Then, it will depend on which payout method you choose:

- If you choose check payment, you will receive your check one to three weeks after you request a payout
- If you choose PayPal, your payment will process in two to five days

If you go through paypal its immediately or if you want a paper check and not want to pay all those fees it could take a week to get your check

This is a lie.   I reached my goal on 12/12 and am still waiting for payment.   I asked them through my e-mail where my payment was and they said, "You win is still under review".   That's almost 1 month.   Not 7 days.   So please stop lying to people when they ask questions about your program.
