Yes, it is true that writers account get banned. But I don't think it is for no reason. My account was also frozen at some point because of copyscape issues but i explained to their support team what caused the problem and they opened my account. If you feel that you have been locked out of your account unfairly, contact their support team and raise your concerns. They are very understanding and if they see merit, the they will open your account

They disabled my account on pay day, enabled it the following day, then they ignored my messages and suspended it when I inquired about the missing payment.

Yes. Various reports you can find among the complaints. They locked me out of my account with a $400 balance

I cannot speak for others. I see ONE person reporting this. You can get the boot for violating terms. If you exceed a yearly minimum and don't provide tax info they can't pay you, and if you don't meet the minimum ($10) you won't be paid for the week.

Yes. I got locked out and didn't receive my money. It was $30, but it's something. You know? The support didn't tell me any reason of why I was locked out.

This appears to be posted by people who were kicked off the site for poor writing. Looking at their comments, it's pretty obvious that they were not native English speaking writers.
