I also purchased a supposed radley bag without realising this company is fake. I have an invoice and order confirmation for £87 but they took more money and have not responded to emails. My credit card company advised me I am covered against both the attempt to take additional money and the receipt of a counterfeit item, but will need to put in a dispute against the company and then they will take it forward with the sellers bank directly and I should get my money back. I have had to take prints of the order, my emails and several of the website as evidence. If you paid by credit card you should be covered just need to raise a dispute.

Go back to your credit card company - they have to deal with it. Mine did and I got my money back. They are fraudsters. Good luck.

I heard from them but they pretended they were sending me the bag without sending it. I have asked for my money back but they pretend I owe them the return of the thw wrong bag without giving me a return address. They haven't said how much they would be willing to return. It is just a delaying tactic.
