Hello!! well i am quite disappointed in myself for not having read the reviews first. i ordered a hoverboard for my daughter for christmas. it said it was new and on sale. well i did receive it, however the foam in the box was all crushed up, plastic ripped, no instruction manual, and the hoverboard is all scuffed up. oh and i don't have a customer service number to call just an email address!!! so does anyone have the phone number please by any chance??? i need to return this mess!! My son got a hoverboard for christmas the box was a mess when he opened it the light was broken and it did not work i called immediately and was told they would send a return label so i could send it back and get a replacement. i have been calling daily and here they are just an answering service and have no managers or anyone i or they can talk to. it is over at my moms and i still don't have the return label or have not heard back from them. i have sent many emails and call every day what can i do to get this resolved since i only hear lies from them? I just received my hover board today i believe i ordered it the 30th of nov it arrived 1 day early. it was fully charged which i really appreciated. however it did not come with a manual. can someone please tell me how long it takes to charge it once the battery dies? overall even though it took a while to come i am so far very pleased with the happyness it brought my son. Answer:

2 hours do not over charge it or it can blow up if you over charge it to much you can get a manual online for free or you can printed it and the hover bored if it gets wet you can wipe it off but if you drop it is a tub of water you need to call hover bored company the number is online I'm glad you got your bored because my mom brought me one it has not came in yet but we all ready have 2 two so yea

It takes two hours for the bored to charge and do to over charge it to many times or it could blow up and you can get a manual on line for free just type in manual for hover bored

Yes you can it a refund and it will take up to 72 hours if it is not on your card after 72 hours email them if they do not answers keep emailing them and yes people have reported them to attorney general
