Q: Placed an order on 11/29/16 for hoverboard and bag. It still says processed and not shipped. I have called and emailed every day with no response or answer. I am afraid this place is a fraud!!!
I really need to know what to do, my son is going to be so unhappy. That is money tied up that I could have purchased him another one for Xmas. I am so disappointed!!
