They generally will not call you back. You have to bug them to get your bad news.

Trust Advisor Alexandra Ross in Fort Lauderdale FL who manages my elderly mothers Trusts is horrible about getting back to you and seems unable to answer straight questions about what we are going to do when my mother runs out of money how we will transition to Medicaid for her care. Very slow about liquidating real property and verifying an itemized list of this property. Right now they claim there is $265,000 in real property still in the Trust that produces nothing. If it is not straightened out in the near future this could keep her from receiving Medicaid for her care.
