Did not get the amount credited to my account although it said I would. Cheated me out of $3.00.

You have to email the morons that run their customer support at least 3 times before you'll get the proper amount credited to your account.

Did you contact support? I have had items missed on my receipt and they have always taken care of it right away. I usually have to send a picture of the receipt with my email.
