What happened to prices? they went up a lot! i have 7 girls to buy for and used this site for all their gifts, now you don't have an item under $100

Hi Kellie! 7 girls... you are blessed! I'm so glad you've reached out. The design and layout of our site recently changed, so the search functions are a little different. I apologize if that has hindered your search. We do have a lot of items that are under $100. You can hone in on what you're looking for by using the search bar at the top left-hand side of the website, then filtering for a price range. Are your black diamonds real or man-made?

Answer:

Thank you for reaching out Pamela! We offer a variety of stone options in our jewelry. For that reason, on the individual product pages, we list the creation method of the stones under the details section. It will list "Diamond Information" then state the "Creation Method" to indicate whether it is a natural or lab created diamond. If there is a specific style you're interested in, I'll be happy to check that for you.

What is your return policy and cost

Hi Patricia, Thanks for reaching out! While we certainly hope that you'll be completely happy with everything you buy, we understand that sometimes things don't look or fit quite right once you're wearing it. We allow you to return (or exchange) your item for 30 days from the time it is received. There are no restocking fees or anything of that nature associated with a return. The only cost to you would be for return shipping. You can also view the full details of our Return Policy here: https://www.ice.com/customer-service/refunds. Getting the sterling ring with blue lab created sapphire with the white sapphires im nervous because i want i dont want it to look fake.

Hi Pamela, Thank you for reaching out to us. I can certainly understand that nervousness, but I'm sure you'll be wowed by your ring. Lab-created stones are grown using the same chemical compositions as natural stones. They are actually chemically identical to them. In addition to being more affordable, unlike natural stones, lab-created gemstones have no flaws. Also, if for any reason you aren't 100% satisfied with your ring, you have 30 days from the time you receive your item to return it. (hopeful customer) does ice.com provide certified appraisals for moissanite bridal sets? (and/or) does ice.com provide the necessary appraisal information need for an insurance policy to be taken out on the product? thanks

We have a collection of more than 2,000 products which offer a certifications from one of several reputable gemological laboratories. You can find that selection here: https://www.ice.com/collections/certified-jewelry/c/1633 Also, if there's a particular product which does not offer a certification, please contact one of our jewelry experts to find out if one might be available. Many of our designers and manufacturers will include a certification upon request.

Do you ship to apo, ap addresses?

Answer:

Most of our manufacturers and designers will gladly ship to APO/FPO addresses via USPS. Since FedEx/UPS is not an option for shipping to an APO/FPO address, express shipping methods are not available. I should mention that we may require that high dollar items ship via FedEx/UPS; in these cases, we may not be able to satisfy your request to ship to an APO/FPO address. We may take this extra precaution to ensure that your items arrive and are not lost in transit. In these cases, we'd recommend that you have your items shipped to a friend or family member that is willing to forward to shipment on your behalf.

What kind of credit does a person need in order to get approved?

Answer:

Currently, we employ a 3rd party that offers our customers payment plans. We don't have much insight into how or when they offer a line of credit, but it is very easy to find out whether or not you qualify. Simply check out and select Affirm as your payment method. You'll have an answer within just a few minutes and have the option of accepting the payment plan or returning to Ice.com to select another payment method. I hope this helps! :)
