Yes, I sent in a request a few months an ago. I have been with ICQ since the same time as the last lady I read. (2000) she has the same challenge now you ask for a phone number and I have entered it many times. But, I have a landline. I don't have a cell phone!!! So for me and others that don't have cell phones!!
