I'm trying to cancel my order and trial period but can't get through to anyone no matter what i try. your phone number is incorrect so what do i do to just cancel everything. i've had emails saying no one can find my account so what does that mean. i'd like a reply as soon as possible please, thank you.

Answer:

You need to contact your bank and instruct them to stop/ block this company from taking any more money

Hi i would like to know how i go about getting my money back from you $90.40 that was taken from my account after trying the product for two days i had a reaction so sent it back straight away with a letter explaining what had happened it was so quick and i should never have been charged it's a free trial unless you go over your month i had it for two days. i want my money back please as bank is going to look into it

They took 125 euro from my bank account without my permission STAY AWAY FROM THIS RIP OFF COMPANY They took the money and wont answer ant E Mails Stay away from Idrotherapy

Your best option is to contact your bank or credit union and have them cancel your credit card. This is inconvenient and incurs a small fee, but it is the only way.

I would like to cancel this charge. i have not been receiving the product but still am being charged on my credit card. please advice how i cancel.

Well I did as they said and phoned them after an email and they say I never phoned to cancel. That is why I also sent an email which they say they did not receive

It seems i have been charged $630 within 14 days!!!! requesting full refund or will take further

Please contact your bank and get them to look into it for you, cancel your credit card, which i know is a pain but worth it. I was scammed over a $1,000 and thankfully my wonderful bank got it all back for me o good luck.

How do i return it, allergic, broke out on eyes to chin, what the hell is in it? doesn't say on the bottle, ingredients. another complaint!

Ladies please stop falling for this bull$#*! scam what i do, Is i'll take the name an do google search it will find where i can buy the product local yes i may pay more if i decide to go ahead but having that the shop is local to me and i can return it if i need. I fell for their scam once i wont make the same mistake twice Just copy paste the name of product let google do the rest
