I've done these before & I feel it's misleading because for as many as I completed, I've never received any payout...

Hi Kristin!
Members can always request a payment with InboxDollars when they reach $30.00. If a member ever has a missing credit from a survey provider, offer provider or other advertiser you can always reach out to our 24/7 LiveChat for assistance!

I have never experienced any problems when it comes to inbox dollars and customer service. Customer support employees have always had excellent response time and been extremely helpful. They have been the very best and are 2ay above all the other apps that are similar in any way. Inbox dollars is number 1 when it comes to customer service and support.

I have to disagree it does not take a year to get to 30.00. They have surveys for. 25 and up. I have done alot of 1.50 and 1.75 ones. I have done a 5.00 one I even did a 12.00 one, I was so stoked after I did that one. Yes the 12.00 one was an hour but it was fun. I have not been doing this that long but have cashed out 4 times. They also just changed it where you can cash out at 10.00 now...

The InboxDollars representative wrote "We have some members who cash out once a month"... This would be insane. It would have to be a full time job to reach $30 in one month. It opened almost every single PaidEmail they sent, did searches, and did surveys and it took a year to get $30. I would love to see a $5 survey that would actually successfully complete. Usually, you will get most of the way through and then mysteriously it mentions you aren't part of the demographic they are looking for. That is ridiculous. That determination should happen after the first 2 or 3 pages or not at all.
