I want to unsubscribe from your service, but do not want to give out my credit card number to any of your agents over the phone. how can i unsubscribe safely from ever being charged anything by intellius?

Answer:

Intellius did not request my cc info when I cancelled I cancelled in writing and received my refund just fine
