I still cant log into my account after a week. There is a problem with your site. You already ripped me off for my megabytes now you are not letting me get on to buy more. What is the problem?

They did the same thing to me. Keep track of every call. I would contact the credit card company and contest the charges. You should consider returning your modem and getting your money back. This is a bad company. The best thing to do is cut your losses and find a reputable company to deal with.
