on 12/8/17The same here. No follow up email I told the rep and wanted to know why was that. On hold for one hour and I still feel like my questions weren't answered regarding as to when will I receive my watches. I will never order again.
When will I receive my item that I ordered. I paid $3 to have it expedited in 2 days. When will I receive it
Don't bother they will just lie to you to get you off the phone
The only way I have been able to get a response in by calling their number and waiting on hold for an hour to talk to a customer service rep. I never got a response with emails
