How easy is it to get a hold of customer service at Jacksonsart.com?

Found the customer service team picked up really quickly and were very helpful when I called about a canvas query.

I've emailed costumer service twice and they got back to me both times within a working day. I believe they have a phone line too, but I haven't actually used that.
