Why is the fee for receiving a package $13.99 when the return fee you waive is only $7.50? I am not a satisfied customer because of these excessive processing policy fees that Jessica London has on purchases which are not indicated at the time of ordering. I was told my bill would be deferred & the cost would be $94.97; however, upon returning the items due to size, I received a bill for s/h in the amount of $13.99. I called catalogue services and was told by "Elaine" that while she checked with technical support, the s/h fee could not be waived. When I asked why was the s/h fee to receive the item nearly twice as much then for me to return it, she did not answer. Please do not send me any more catalogues & I will share with others I know not to order from Jessica London or its sister companies. If the s/h fee is waived, I will reconsider my decision as I had ordered from JL previously (shoes) paid for them with another credit card & was pleased. Please advise & thanks.

Yes I have had a similar problem and the quality of their merchandise is not that great as well. So I will never order from them or their sister companies. Don't want to do business with this type of company
