The bad reviews are the real reviews. The generic 5 star reviews are full of fakes posted by Jewlia themselves. They're a Chinese company selling Chinese garbage. You're better off getting your Chinese garbage from AliExpress. At least that way you have a guarantee on shipping.
My fiance bought me the wedding set. It was beautiful when I first got it. After 2 months of wearing the rings, the entire set begin to fade. The metal begin to turn black. I had it cleaned professionally, but the clarity of the stone didn't return. The entire set is trash. I put it back in the ring box's about 9 months ago. Don't waste your money. Jeulia is a
Rip-off.
Because you will never get a refund if you return something... and the rings look very little like the photographs in some cases...
@Cheryl J. Exactly my point. But they refuse to hear it. It is wrong because you are not getting what you see on the website. The stones are smaller & the look of the piece is not the same.
You know what they say."If it's too good to be true?". Buyer Beware!
When a "company" takes your money. But you don't receive the mdse. Wouldn't YOU be upset?
Because they are $10 China junk. All of is is made poorly and ships out of China. They rip off other designers.
Customer service is poor they "never recieve" your ring so never refund your money
The jewelry is subpar. They won't pay for returns. They won't give you a refund and they don't "repair" their jewelry. Save your money. It looks pretty for a short (very short) period of time. Mine lasted two days...
I have several rings from this company and they are all beautiful. I had a ring that I lost a stone and contacted the company. I sent it back as instructed and requested an exchange for a different one. The CS staff kept in conctact via Email and my new ring will be shipped in a few days. You just have to be proactive.
I ordered a ring. What I received was'nt as it was described. I sent it back insured, and certified, so someone had to sign for it. I have spent the past several days trying to get my money refunded. I have received numerous emails asking me to except a in store credit instead of refund. I have sent multiple email assuring yhem I do not want anything else they offer. I have left a poor review on their website which they had. Do Not under any circumstances order from this company. I've notified the Better Business Bureau
Was looking at two rings here, WAS GOING to order. Not now. Reviews are too BAD for me...
Bummer
