I have told you the order number in the 20 emails and many phone calls that you refuse to answer. Give me my money back.

Don't do it! You will be sorry. The fees just keep coming. Delivery fee, shipping fee, handling fee, express fees, then they message with an extra $13.00 fee after all of that. Florist was 1 mile from the hospital.
