Answer:

If you bought it from the JUUL website you might have a good chance of getting a refund. However, if you bought it from my gas station, smoke shop, etc... I don't think that you can. Unless you message the juul company themselves

I bought a juul this wk with virginia tobacco pods. there is no taste but i do get vapor. what am i doing wrong?

Answer:

Using Juul they r a horrible vape product and u will lose a lot of money like I did if u continue personally I switched to a regular juul mod and tank and buy bottles of juice best way to go promise

My juul will not keep a charge, brang it back to the store, they said the company rep. would be there at 12 the next day, they called and said nope
