Yes, that's the owner. You should join her store insider's page... her true colors are all over that page. Completely unprofessional and I'm pretty sure she's never had any type of business/PR training.

I have a friend who shopped there recently and the staff was so rude to her and told her never to comeback. The strange thing is she is the sweetest person I know! So if they are mean to her, they are mean! Btw, I think if you post negative comments on their Facebook page, they are deleted, thus you cannot see their comments. I think they've had so many, they started doing that. If I'm ever in the area, I will for sure not shop there.

She responded rudely to me. If she only knew my vacation was in November... maybe she wouldn't have called me a liar.

The owner needs anger management and a wake up call. Half of these 5 star reviews are from her or her staff. The others are from her desperate followers trying to suck up. She complains about honest reviews and tells her groupies to flood the site with positive ones.

Absolutely. My daughter purchased items from her for over a year from the online boutique. Almost her entire wardrobe came from this boutique. Then one order never showed up. Her card was charged - but no items arrived. After trying several times to email, call and text she was told several different things - it's in the mail, we can't find where it shipped, blah blah blah. They then offered to send her items and throw in a couple of free things. Needless to say she never got what she actually ordered and did received an envelope of 3 or 4 items she didn't want and didn't ask for. Her money was never refunded and her posts on the FB page asking about her order were removed. She was responded to VERY rudely and believe me - she is SUPER nice and had given them MORE than enough opportunity to take care of the issue. Do not waste your time or money on this store.

I have yet to see a rude response to any of the reviews - even your extremely negative review.
