May I know why I don't receive any email response from Kogan customer service team after I have sent enquiry 1 week ago?
I do not want to be a member of Kogan first so please do not deduct any fees from card
I have been charged $59 on 1st July and have recollection of making the order

new customer to kogan, but always have problems with australia post deliveries even when i pay extra to express delivery, they never actually deliver
