Customer placed the order in morning on Thu, Dec 31,2009 at 5:18 AM (we have time stamps and proof from payment gateway and Google mail) for same day delivery.
We requested customer on phone that flurry's cake will not be available for morning delivery before 2 pm as requested and gave other choice from Cookie Jar, Cakes.
Customer did not agree and started arguing how you take order's and was using very rough language, even after mentioning on website that we need order 2 days in advance.
Hence we cancelled the order and issued the full refund to customer, we have proof of the same
