TEXT RESPONSES over a day (IF AT ALL!)
Once you do get talking to them, there's a 60% chance that if they don't like how things are going, they'll just mute themselves until you hang up. Happened 3.5 times so far
If you have a problem like me and need the manager to speak to don't even try.
Writing them emails is a waste of time as they answer something else.
You don't get to a person in charge.
They fraud my card information and I can't even speak with a manager so they can deal with the issue.
They might me hacked or somebody in the company sell your card information.
They have plenty of bad reviews on many websites.
