I have been trying to find out what the status is of my sons costume for weeks now with no resolution. i keep getting computer generated responses to which i click on where it tells me to in order to follow up on my order and all it takes me to is the main page. i have called the 800 number multiple times and have not received a call back. i need to see if i need to get my son another costume from somewhere else please. the order number is 6925. on the website it says they ship in 5-7 days, i ordered it on october 1st and still have not received anything at all.
