I want yo know the reason you want access to my camera ? And the reason you want access to my pictures ? Are you planning on doing something illegal ? Because if I were stupid enough to install your app and you either turned on my camera without my permission , or downloaded ANY of my pictures to your servers , WITHOUT MY PERMISSION , I WOULD OWN LETGO ! AND I WOULD TRY MY BEST TO SEE YOU INCARCERATED FOR A VERY LONG TIME. I CAN ONLY HOPE THAT EVERYBODY REFUSES TO INSTALL YOUR APP , UNTIL YOU REMOVE ALL THE PERSONAL INFORMATION REQUIREMENTS IN YOUR APP. THANKS JM

They want access to the camera because you can take a photo of your item for sale directly through the app.
Access to your existing photos is in case you don't want to do that. (In case you aren't in the same location as the item when you list it, or the device you're posting from takes lousy photos, for example).
Hope this helps. As a photographer, I completely understand your concern; wouldn't want my personal information compromised either.
