Is it legit? Does it hand out personal information? Does it actually pay you for reviews like it says it does? Is it honest?

It might pay for a little while, then judging by the reviews on here including my own, they deactivate your account giving no reason and if you've got money you haven't claimed you won't get it. If you pester 'Emma', eventually she sends emails telling you they deactivated your account because your account was used in another country or internet cafe. It would seem this happens a lot. I would say if you're going to try it, don't let any points build up before you cash out because you're likely to be disappointed.

I don't think your information is confidential as they state because WebRoot flagged the site as insecure. I never believe them anyway.

As with most of the above answers, they tend to respond in unhelpful ways, carbon copy emails when they do answer, they screw you for points and rewards in general, they should be shut down

I have had some minor issues with them. But over the last 6-7 months I have managed to cash in $150 of rewards. It's ok but then again... I only do surveys when I have nothing else to do. Responses from the operators tend to be generic. Although recently they did resolve some issues re points, which I was surprised about.

I have never been paid anything in 4 years and they have not once responded to my emails. They do not always allot your points either, they are complete scammers. Do not waste your time.

No, it protects personal identification. Yes, it does pay out by swapping points earned for vouchers or PayPal credits. Very straightforward company.

It pays most of the time but when it doesnr pay (maybe 10% of the time) they have horrible customer service and take at least 4-5 weeks to reply to your inquiry with a canned, predrafted reply asking for information you've already given them. They have been very disappointing past couple of months.

No problems with them for about 8-9 years... then in August 2015, my account was shut off and I lost about $55 in reward points. As of now, I wouldn't waste my time with this site. It is frustrating putting in the time to do surveys and then get no rewards. Maybe they are having financial problems... at least they could give an explanation for their recent negative behavior.

I had no problems with them up until this year. Like Joanne, I too have been told my account was accessed from another country (didn't know my iPad had such capabilities!) and my account was deactivated. The last time this happened earlier this year, they would not even reply to my emails about this. I gave up and have moved on to other survey sites that actually pay you and don't mess around! I wouldn't bother with them either. I fill out surveys they have written (through other survey sites) but don't do any with them directly.

It used to be great about 10 years ago and they paid out but nowadays they've gone down the pan. Wouldn't touch it now. Waste of time.
