BBC WATCHDOG LOOKED INTO THIS COMPANY IN 2013. THEY SENT IN AN UNDER COVER REPORTER POSING AS ONE OF THE SALES TEAM.IT WAS FOUND THAT THE STAFF ARE GIVEN CHEAT SHEETS, GUIDING THEM ON HOW TO LIE TO POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS.
