How the hell do I complain to a company about the fact that there is no e-mail handling of enquires and the phone line has a 30mins wait time - without having to waste hours of my time and money (calling, waiting, explaining, then no doubt fuming with an unsatisfactory response!).
As the voucher i purchased doesn't work - i now a. Spend more than the voucher is worth in phone costs, b, give up and feel annoyed and cheated and loose the money or c - well actually there is no c is there! Please tell me why your company is supposed to be an online company but cant answer emails!
