Hello - we have four Customer Service agents including two who work weekends. During busy times, there might be some delays of a few days, but we're constantly working to shorten these times. But we've been trading nearly twenty years and without good customer service, I doubt that would be the case.
If you can find items that are better priced elsewhere, speak to us. We're always willing to offer the best service possible.
