I colored my hair with your Excellence Age Perfect this morning. I used 5N (Medium Natural Brown). It came our a very dark brown. I hate it and don't even want to go out in public. How can I lighten it up quickly?

Dianne, try not to panic. The color may seem very dark the first couple of days. Each day you wash your hair, the highlites start popping out. Try to wait a week before you do anything drastic.
