I usually use Excellence Dark Blonde and love it. I recently saw Excellence Age Perfect and decided to try it. The hair color on the box Light Soft Neutral Brown looked beautiful. What a shock when I used it... my hair is so dark I can't stand it. I called and talked to a rep and she was very helpful and kind in answering my question as to how soon I can recolor to lighten my hair. Unfortuanately I have to wait 4 weeks. I feel like I need to put a bag over my head to go out, it looks so awful. The rep told me this particular type does make the hair darker. You should have that on the box. The picture on the box is very deceitful. I would be very happy if my hair turned out like the color on the box.
