How easy is it to get a hold of customer service at low mileage parts?

Answer:

Don't communicate with them other than in writing - they will try to say that they told you over the phone. This and that. And blah blah blah. I refused to speak with them over the phone and this aggravated them tremendously and they used that against me - saying I was unwilling to work with them to resolve the issue. There is no need to communicate with them over the phone especially since they know that they are selling salvaged junk auto parts not low mileage auto parts... :P ... Trust me in the long run - do not order anything from this fraudulent unethical company!

What made you choose low mileage parts over similar businesses?

Answer:

As the saying goes - IF IT's TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE... and that is exactly the case here... - nothing but fraudulent activities this company provides -- do not honor their 30 day money back guarantee and especially do not honor their 5 year warranty... Don't let their long list of requirements to honor their warranty fool you - because they do not plan on honoring their warranty no matter what... Save your money and dont waste your time with their conartists...
