I would say its because of Covid19. Alot of things are delayed, not the company's fault.

I worry about being scammed for my money, they reply to a vague i am sorry but covid 19 is the reason for the delay, do not waste your time with these guys

I've had the same issue. I have requested a phone number to call multiple times and as soon as I did, the replies stopped. Nothing but crickets.
