Why have I been charged $49.95 twice when all I requested was the $1.98 3 day trial? I want my money back. I have certainly been ripped off. They never took the $1.98 from my account, in stead twice they have taken $49.95.

I paid the dollar 49 for up to 3 days with my checking account for my boyfriend and I tried on the third day to get a hold of them and I couldn't get ahold of anybody and then finally on the fourth day they finally answered the phone for me after it took me waiting for them to answer for over 2 hours

In the "fine Print" you ahve to cancel a MINIMUM of 24 hours BEFORE your cut-off time. As to you being billed twice for $49.95 I'd contact the BBB in your city or try to find the Canadian version in their city. You can also dispute the charges with your CC company. Good Luck!
