Is it safe to do echeck since you do not offer credit card options. I wanted to cancel an order and reorder using echeck but on the chat option a guy called Jerry said he could do it over the phone and offered a 10% discount if I did it over the phone but no discount if I reordered myself. Is this legit? Why offer an over the phone discount and not a discount if I just reorder? Sounds suspicious to me.

No its a scam. They called me over the phone also. They take your money and you do not get anything. There is no recourse after funds are sent.
