What is the address so that i may return their faulty product for a complete refund???

Answer:

It is impossible to get a straight refund from them. The address of the warehouse from which the masks were shipped if PFL, 825 Dawson Drive Suite 11 Newark DE 19713. Again, I have been trying to get a refund from mid-July. This is a scam.

Medifino masks are made in the Peoples Republic of China. But Medifino leads you to believe they are made and shipped from Austria. They are, in fact, shipped from a warehouse in Delaware.
