I place a order on 12/7/15 paid with my debit card same day! The money was deducted out of my account on 12/10/15! I have sent several messages and emails, still no reply! Their website says 24-72 hours for processing today is the 10th day it is showing processing! Has anyone else had trouble with them! I called again Monday she said the website hasn't been updated all month, but it sure update to say my order was being processed! She said it has not been shipped yet but to call back today! So I am wondering if anyone has had trouble with this company?

Orders placed on our website are processed the same day and ship the following day unless the product is being fully assembled and tested. Our assembly time frame is now 4 business days. No, you're not the only one! Paid for my order on 11/27/15 and they have called twice since then stating they don't know when my order will arrive and asking for more money. I even had to change the product. Call and have the BBB involved, enough of others have so they are well aware. P.S. I still haven't received my order. Was last told 1/4/16. Waiting on BBB for the next step! Good Luck
