I had a stroke last September and lost hearing in my right ear which has caused me constant tinitus- I have lost my health insurance and used to be prescribed Tramadol which actually did help the Tinitus. Can I use MeMd to get a prescription for Tramadol without paying to go to an urgent care?

I'm visiting family in Bend, Oregon from Southern California. I was supposed to go home last week but sprained my ankle pretty bad.
