Hi There, Can you guys help me get my iPhone 6S Plus out of a boot loop situation? FYI: My phone HAS NOT EVER BEEN JAILBROKEN EITHER!! - (FYI: I think I just have way to much stuff on it - (it's 128GB & YES, IT'S FULL!! ~ I know... "my bad!!" ;-)
So your aware, I tried to connect it to iCloud to sync (I have 2TB of storage there & iCloud shows I have 1.91TB still available, however, even though I've set up the iCloud syncing exactly the way Apple says to do it, it's somehow STILL NOT SYNCING!! (User error ~ somewhere (??) ~ on my part is my best "guesstimate." -- BUT I CAN'T LOOSE THE PICTURES & MORE IMPORTANTLY, THE VIDEOS THAT ARE ON THE DEVICE (they are for a pending legal case, so they are ESSENTIAL!!) ~ SO, IS THIS A SITUATION YOU GUYS CAN HELP ME WITH? IF SO, HOW?
Also, since this has occurred on,y MAIN PHONE, I am LITERALLY WOTHOUT A PHONE RIGHT NOW, UNTIL I GET THIS ISSUE FIXED!! SO, CHAT IS THE BEST FORM OF COMMUNICATION FOR ME AT THIS CURRENT TIME!! Please know that ANY & ALL HELP IS GREATLY APPRECIATED!!
