I want to know who can call me back today regarding a refund I am expecting. Order number 1265015 has not been refunded after we asked for one 2 weeks ago upon learning Sherri Hill dress was out of stock. According to one of your reps, I cannot talk to a manager, because no one in authority available until Sept. 14. That is unacceptable, and who runs a business without someone managing? I have sent emails, called, etc. I want refund today. It is ridiculous to keep my money so long after you could not supply product. The customer was M Ruff. I will be reaching out to you daily until fixed. I am considering contacting Better business Bureau. I need it fixed today

Send them a message though their Facebook page or your Facebook chat. I sent emails also, finally when i sent private message through Facebook they responded.
