No, I have actually received two of three items ordered. I assume many people think they're a scam because they take your money with your order, send an email at some point saying they shipped the product with no tracking # or any further communication. 35+ days later, after people think they've been scammed it showed up, missing items or wrong item. Not a scam, only a horrible managed company that I can't imagine how they're still in business.

The information they give you is NOT creditable. I've waited for my item for a month and still have not received a tracking number.
