I have placed an order and made payment but this was over two weeks ago and the seller still has a status of awaiting shipment, i have sent the seller two messages but to no avail, what do i do next ?

Please take a look at all our feedback on this site, Trustpilot and other review sites and let that be your guide. You will see that most all of our reviews and feedback are positive. We have been in business since 1997 and have helped millions of music collectors find music they have been looking for.

Since 1997 our platform has sold to millions of customers. The majority of all those transactions have been positive with no problems. But like Trevor S. Said each seller on our platform is independent and responsible for the how the transaction goes. It is best to look at each sellers feedback ratings and stats to see how they have performed with other buyers and that will give a good indication of how they will perform with you. Thankfully most all sellers on our platform are great sellers who will bend over backwards to make sure you are happy. And in the few rare instance where that doesn't happen you can always file for a dispute with PayPal to get your money back.

Hi just found your site, interested in a few cd and albums from members but thrown off a bit about some peps experiences. very bad experiences, paying for items and then never receiving them???? and a few about bad customer support??? i would like to give you the opportunity to let me know what safeguards you have in place? thanks

Betsi T. Is correct. If you ever have a problem with seller, I (Dave Stack) will help make sure you get the resolution you are looking for or your money back from the seller. Since 1997 we have help millions of buyers get the music they have been looking for and I can easily say that 99.99% of all transactions have been positive and gone according to plan, and those that didn't the buyer got their money back.

I have a small collection of vinyl lps. 6 of them are quite valuable (2 over £150). would i benefit from trying to sell them on your site?

Answer:

You are more than welcome to sell on our website, but would probably do better selling on ebay or discogs. Our site tends to work better for larger sellers.
