How easy is it to get a hold of customer service at My-lolita-dress.com?

I have never had a problem with them answering my messages or emails. Yes it may take a day or two due to time difference but they have Always gotten back with me and I have sent a ton of messages about custom size dress, about shoes, etc. we even worked out a way for me to get some items before the custom order was done!

IMPOSSIBLE. If you check their "customer service" you'll notice they have no address, no phone number, no country of origin, no contact person, only and email address that they do not respond to. Threaten to report them to the FTC? They don't care--they already have your money.

Impossible. They avoid answering emails and when you do get a reply they are rude.

Very easy. Once I emailed them asking a question about sizing, and they responded in less than five minutes.
