Hello, i had a similar issue after paying for two items, their site shows order pending payment. But clicking on the payment button shows that I have paid. I emailed them and after a few days got a response saying that due to BTC price fluctuations I may have paid too much, i knew something was wrong so, i decided to seek for help until i came across Phoenixsouls, they helped me track down there fake website and i got my full refund back!
